Steps in working with us!

01. Brief us!

Tell us everything! We want to hear all your themes, ideas, venue, dates, budget, and anything else so we can provide you with options to suit your tastes. If you have inspiration pictures send those as well, we love being able to bring your ideas to life!

02. Anything you might’ve missed?

We’ll then go through and fill any gaps you might have missed in the initial planning process! Once we have teased out all the elements of your event, we will wait for you give us the go ahead and lock it in! We will require a 30% deposit to lock this in.

03. On going support!

Call or email us with whatever questions you might have! We are available during standard business hours and will be happy to assist with any questions you might have. Depending on your order and the venue, we may require a site visit, to ensure we can comfortably fulfil your requests without any last-minute hiccups!

04. Event Day!

The day is finally here! We’ll load up our trucks, get on the road, and start bringing the pieces of your vision to life. Get ready to celebrate!
